May 2024
The Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is requiring the Village of Coney Island to upgrade its drinking water system. The Board of Trustees is working with our engineer and others toward significant, cost-effective improvements of the water storage system and the chlorination system. Plans for the new system are ready to be submitted for approval by the DNR. During this time, the Board of Trustees will continue to work diligently to provide clean, safe drinking water to you and your families. The Board will continue to provide updates to the project as they become available.
